About US

Management Associates, Inc. is a qualified team of professionals who joined together to close the gap between the retail stores/mail-order houses and the customer. Our goal is to provide the most efficient and economic solution to our clients' business needs, then provide the installation, training and on-going customer support necessary to implement and maintain that solution. We are a complete systems house and can provide software or a complete turnkey job including hardware, software and networking solutions.

Management Associates, Inc. was founded in 1988 by Naaman Haddad, who graduated in 1961 as Textile Engineer from Gent University in Belgium. He emigrated to the United States in early 1974. The company was created to provide management consulting, including data processing and engineering to textile companies across the United States and Canada. Naaman has extensive training and expertise in these areas based on his previous association with various European textile producers and textile machinery manufacturers as well as with major Corporations in the United States. One of the early "associates" of the company was a highly experienced Certified Public Accountant. This nucleus provided the company with the base on which it built its foundation.

The "data processing" activities of Management Associates, gradually took precedence over the other areas of expertise the company had to offer. Quite naturally, the main activity of the company became data processing oriented. This is now the only activity of Management Associates, Inc.

Networks of all kinds and configurations are an ever growing area of our modern economy and have a long way to go before any level of saturation is reached. There was much to learn and digest, in order to stay up-to-date and continue to provide unparalleled service and support. Naaman went back to school.... at Novell, Microsoft, 3Com and others, in order to take the necessary authorization courses enabling his company to sell and support the products and systems that customers request. By this time, three other "associates" had joined the group, each with his own strengths and areas of expertise, ranging from systems analysis, design and engineering to programming, cabling, installation, training and support.

Management Associates’ still counts only four "associates", and has enjoyed steady growth since its creation.
